最近ではＰCを持ち歩くことも多くなり、女性の八ンドバックも大きいものが流行のようです。ただし、そのバッグが後に災いとなるんだとか。

つまり、大きなカバンが、肩や首の負担になっているというワケ。
しかも、

そんなに重ければ、そうなるでしょうね...。負担がどちらかの腕に偏るのが問題のようです。
でもこれって、女性だけの問題じゃないですよね。使わない資料とか、ついつい持ち歩いてしまう私のカバンも結構重いです。私も明日からリュックにしようかな。
