これって何の時間か分かりますか？
実はコレ、イギリスの労働者を対象に行われた調査により、「一週間で最もツライ時間」と判明した時間。
なんと対象者の半数近くがこの時間帯を選んだのだとか。
「シンドイのは月曜日」というイメージがありますが、実際はそうではないとのこと。

というのも、月曜はダラダラと結局エンジンがかからないまま仕事を積み残して終わり、火曜日の朝にそれに気づいて焦り、ストレスが大きくかかるのだとか。

そのままお昼休みも働き続けるのが最も多いのも火曜日なのだとか。
しかも・・・

残業が多いのも、もちろん火曜日。
月曜日ってそんなにサボってんのっ？・・・って感じですが、ワタシの感覚とはちょっとズレてますねー。
